Our client in CEE approached us to support them finding a strategic buyer for their charge point operator (CPO) business. Â
The CPO business was part of a larger organisation active in clean energy segment. Our client was seeking a partner who could bring in the knowledge & resources to grow the business from start-up to scale-up in the midst of the growing E-Mobility landscape.Â
ONIIX analysed the market and the business model, developed the teaser, the IM, prepared the financial data and statements, set up the data room, developed a long list of potential buyers, actively engaged with the short list buyers, supported in management discussions, coordinated the bidding process and analysed the bids.
